Once we have agreement on a direction, we mobilize the resources, establish a governance model, and deliver on quick wins.
Mobilize Phase Sample Outputs: Prioritized Project Backlog, Tangible Improvements, Charters and Teams
Then we lead the implementation of the recommendations and solutions, putting the organization on course to maximize outcomes from your investment.
Realize Phase Sample Outputs: Goals, Project Reporting, and Projects/ Initiatives Delivered
Within each of the three phases, we follow the I.D.E.A. Loop framework for short delivery cycles.
This pattern allows us to work on what is most important to our clients first, and to deliver tangible benefits by the end of each 3-4 week cycle. We can also adjust quickly to changing conditions and priorities.
Investigate. We need to fully understand the situation and challenges through a systematic fact-finding effort that leverages deep analysis. We establish ROI and performance targets, and specific (SMART) goals for each phase.
Design. We then generate ideas and cost-effective solutions which will best meet the needs of your business. We summarize our major observations, review findings with stakeholders, ideate for experimentation, and create an execution plan with defined deliverables.
Execute. We develop deliverables, recommendations, and/or conduct an experiment to quickly pilot a solution or prototype, depending on your challenge.
Adjust. We improve on deliverables or pilots based on feedback from users, business owners, internal customers, or project sponsors. Through this phase we garner alignment with all stakeholders.
