The Project Manager is a critical team member in any organization, and especially crucial in ours. We are looking for a talented leader who shares Abraic’s passion for delivering business outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior PM experience and be able to effectively lead Senior Consultants, Junior Consultants, and Analysts. Responsibilities include:
- Play a leadership role in all aspects of the consulting practice delivery to our clients.
- Manage strategic and talent development efforts geared toward growth of the practice.
The Project Manager will report to the Managing Director. Viable for a remote worker. Some travel required.
Abraic’s Junior Consultants are an essential part of our winning formula. They are the bright, energetic, and ambitious members of our team, eager to learn and apply the technical, financial, and business skills needed for a successful engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Perform on-site project coordination, facilitation, and delivery
- Participate in every aspect of our organization’s operations, including marketing, sales, research, client communications, and more.
The Junior Consultant will report to the Project Manager. Boston-area preferred. Some travel required.
